Overview In this EI Sales Account Manager role, you will nurture client relationships to grow service sales for elevators and escalators, covering maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You'll serve as the bridge between customers and Schindler to secure renewals, identify opportunities, and drive revenue within a designated territory. You will collaborate with field teams to ensure a superior customer experience and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities- Manage and renew service agreements with clients in a designated territory
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues to protect revenue and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate daily with Field Superintendent and technicians to generate leads and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities; qualify needs and present value of Schindler products and services
- Negotiate contract terms and implement sales strategies aligned with product direction
- Prepare estimates and proposals; maintain accurate customer records and ensure policy compliance
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of B2B sales in elevator or related industry
- Strong customer account management capabilities with revenue focus
- Proven negotiation, strategy, and closing skills
- Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Leadership potential to guide junior sales staff and coordinate with field teams
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (preferred)
