Responsibilities- Demonstrate expertise in digital banking products and services across channels
- Understand how digital banking supports core consumer banking operations
- Translate product and technology concepts into practical business solutions
- Assess integration with core banking systems, CRM, fraud and identity platforms, and data environments
- Navigate regulatory, risk, and control considerations for digital banking initiatives
- Shape client solutions and delivery approaches, including roadmaps and vendor considerations
- Support business development through account knowledge, cross-selling, and proposals
- Coach, mentor, and develop consulting teams; contribute to recruiting and capability-building
- Contribute to firm leadership by sharing best practices and modeling professionalism
Key requirements- 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or financial services (Consumer/Retail Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Deposits)
- Direct working knowledge of digital banking products and vendor solutions
- Strong understanding of the digital banking ecosystem and related platforms
- Experience shaping solutions for business, operations, technology, risk, and customer experience stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify client needs, develop relationships, and convert opportunities into work
