Responsibilities- Strategize and manage Wells Fargo's wholesale deposit portfolio to align with liquidity and balance sheet objectives
- Develop deposit mix and pricing strategies to optimize funding value and profitability
- Own pricing framework governance, guardrails, and rate-setting methodologies
- Analyze portfolio performance, beta behavior, and funding economics to guide decisions
- Create forecasts and scenario analyses to inform leadership on market and rate changes
- Collaborate with Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, and Investment Banking to grow operating deposits and strengthen primary banking relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow low-cost, relationship-based deposits and improve account penetration
- Coordinate with ALCO, Finance, and ALM to align initiatives with funding plans and risk objectives
- Provide executive-level insights on deposit strategy, market trends, and portfolio performance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology to enable sustainable growth
Key requirements- 7+ years in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience managing deposit portfolios or balance sheet optimization
- Experience developing pricing strategies and product management frameworks within financial services
- strong knowledge of deposit pricing, FTP, interest rate risk, liquidity, and balance sheet optimization
- Experience engaging with ALCO, Treasury, and ALM organizations
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across large matrixed organizations
- Experience with Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, or related treasury roles
- Strong communication and executive storytelling abilities
