Overview In this role you will drive leasing activity across a portfolio of retail and commercial assets and manage the full lease lifecycle from initial outreach to occupancy. You will coordinate transactions, ensure accurate lease terms, and maintain critical tenancy data in our property systems. You'll work closely with ownership, legal, accounting, construction, management, tenants, and brokers to execute leases and optimize occupancy. This position offers visibility across the portfolio and a chance to influence performance and growth in a premier real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities- Manage leasing activity for a portfolio of retail and commercial assets, including broker relationships, prospect outreach, property tours, negotiations, and deal progression
- Coordinate LOI through lease execution, ensuring accuracy of terms, approvals, and tenant onboarding
- Maintain lease records, critical dates, renewals, rent commencement schedules, and occupancy data in property management systems (e.g., Yardi)
- Prepare leasing, occupancy, pipeline, and financial reports; support deal analysis, forecasting, and portfolio performance reviews
- Partner with ownership, legal, accounting, construction, property management, tenants, and brokers to facilitate successful lease transactions and operations
Key requirements- hands-on experience in commercial or retail leasing
