Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of Resolve, an AI-driven, high-volume implementation product. You'll work closely with sales to understand customer needs, voice gaps to Product, and take a deal from demo to live production. After go-live, you hand off to the adoption team and move on to the next engagement. You'll operate at the intersection of sales, delivery, and engineering to close the gap between promise and reality at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities- Engage and ride-alongs with prospects to capture day-in-the-life requirements and reflect them in Resolve
- Articulate gaps between customer needs and current Resolve capabilities to guide product prioritization
- Own end-to-end delivery from demo to production including access, configuration, and live value realization
- Define and scope genuine edge cases (5-10%) as clear deltas to hand to AI engineering
- Ensure clean handoff to account/adoption teams after go-live and move on to the next engagement
Key requirements- Domain expertise in field service, owned asset maintenance (utilities, offshore, manufacturing), or facility management
- Strong technical fluency around ERP integrations, data fields, storage/usage of data, and identifying functionality gaps
- Ability to brief an AI engineer or config agent with precise, unambiguous requirements
- Comfort working with prospects and customers without relying on jargon-heavy sales decks
- Finisher's mindset to own delivery for weeks until go-live and hand off smoothly
