Overview

In this role you will coordinate and execute bank marketing communications to strengthen brand image and support profit centers. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, digital initiatives, and vendor relations while ensuring compliance. You'll monitor results, optimize activities, and provide branch marketing support in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to shape marketing programs that drive customer engagement and bank growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and implement advertising strategies and campaigns to enhance the bank's image
  • Oversee production quality of marketing collateral (flyers, posters, promotional items)
  • Generate marketing reports and lists for business units
  • Coordinate with Ad/PR/Social Media agencies for production and execution
  • Design and run direct email campaigns
  • Assist in digital media strategy and execution
  • Conduct marketing compliance reviews and documentation
  • Manage creative agency relationships including deadlines and scope
  • Handle promotional items and vendor management
  • Coordinate and oversee event marketing to maximize exposure
  • Update and track website content
  • Report on marketing campaign results
  • Recommend best practices for new banking campaigns
  • Provide branch support and marketing customer service for branches
  • Perform admin support for branches and departments
  • Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements; complete required training
  • Assist Marketing Manager with miscellaneous tasks
Key requirements
  • Efficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google AdWords
  • Website content management using CMS tool
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and UX
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • Event marketing planning and execution
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Independent, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • MS Office Suite proficiency and Adobe Creative Suite
