Responsibilities- Manage complex credit portfolios across C&I, CRE, and Investor Real Estate
- Lead credit underwriting, deal structuring, and portfolio growth initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Review financial statements and tax returns for in-depth evaluation
- Resolve moderately complex issues to meet project deliverables
- Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve goals
- Lead projects and teams or mentor less experienced individuals
Key requirements- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience or equivalent
- Experience focusing on Middle Market C&I, CRE, and Investor Real Estate
- Strong background in loan origination, portfolio monitoring, financial modeling, credit underwriting, and risk analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Completion of formal credit training program
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of industry standards, banking regulations, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with the bank's software and credit risk management tools
