Overview As a Staffing Specialist at Malone, you drive the recruitment process to match candidates with client needs and foster strong relationships. You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate verifications and drug/background checks, and present insights to management. You'll work closely with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth staffing experience and stay current on industry trends. Responsibilities- Recruit and source candidates
- Interview and screen candidates for current and future openings
- Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
- Verify past employment of candidates
- Address employee and customer inquiries
- Onboard new employees with company policies and safety expectations
- Prepare and present reports to management
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and meet company goals
Key requirements- Customer service experience
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to interview and assess candidates for placements
- Interest in growth within the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
