Overview In this role you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership for a growing manufacturing organization in Hebron, KY. You will shape people initiatives across workforce planning, engagement, leadership support, and compliance, helping build strong talent pipelines and effective HR practices. You will influence leaders to strengthen programs that drive business performance and align HR with organizational goals. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a focus on workforce strategy, employee development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Direct regional HR strategy and daily HR operations to align workforce initiatives with business objectives
- Partner with leadership to set performance expectations, align goals, and strengthen accountability
- Lead talent acquisition and succession efforts; identify staffing needs and develop internal leadership pipelines
- Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, investigations, and workplace concerns
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and related HR programs for competitiveness and consistency
- Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
- Assess training and development needs and implement programs to boost capability and manager effectiveness
- Guide talent reviews and workforce planning to support retention and growth
- Support HR systems and payroll processes, including improvements or implementations involving HRIS platforms and ADP tools when needed
