Responsibilities- Manage property accounting and asset accountability activities
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit readiness initiatives
- Provide expertise in Federal Real Property accounting and financial management practices
- Support PC&I and CSO funding programs
- Monitor capital asset costs, depreciation, capitalization, and project expenditures
- Support appropriations law compliance and federal financial policy requirements
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and budget support
- Support implementation and utilization of financial management systems such as FSMS and ERP platforms
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Engineering, and 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Minimum 6 years of Federal Real Property accounting and financial management experience
- Experience supporting federal financial systems and audit environments
- CPA, CDFM or CGFM certification
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
