Overview In this role you will lead a global management reporting function to deliver accurate quarterly results, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, and clear senior leadership insights. You will partner across Close, Consolidations, External Reporting, and corporate functions to ensure alignment with consolidated results and SEC disclosure needs. You will drive process improvement, automation, and controls to scale reporting across a multinational organization. Responsibilities- Lead and develop a global team responsible for management reporting, balance sheet analysis, cash flow reporting, and related financial analysis
- Oversee quarterly management reporting processes including executive packages, variance explanations, and commentary
- Direct the preparation and analysis of the consolidated statement of cash flows
- Partner with Close and Consolidations to ensure reporting aligns with consolidated results
- Coordinate with Finance stakeholders to resolve reporting issues during close cycles
- Collaborate with External Reporting on Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including disclosures
- Engage with Corporate Planning, Revenue Accounting, Treasury Accounting, Tax, IR, CFO Office, and others to support quarterly reviews
- Translate financial results into clear, decision-useful insights for senior leadership
- Support external auditors on financial reporting, cash flow, and disclosures
- Liaise with IT to assess reporting system impacts and communicate risks
- Lead process improvement and transformation to strengthen quality, efficiency, scalability, and controls
- Identify opportunities to use automation, technology, and AI in management reporting
- Establish and monitor reporting metrics and accountability for timely deliverables
- Benchmark practices and apply leading approaches to improve reporting outputs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience or 7+ years with a Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience leading global teams
- CPA certification
- Public accounting experience
- Experience with management reporting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow reporting
- Working knowledge of close, global consolidation, and SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K)
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence and drive accountability in a complex organization
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
