Overview As Project Director at CRB you will lead end-to-end delivery for large projects or portfolios, setting execution strategy and aligning teams across design, procurement, construction and CQV. You will drive client relationships, ensure KPI achievement, and embed CRB culture and values in the team. The role balances business development, risk and cost management with high performing team leadership to deliver safe, quality outcomes. Responsibilities- Develop and execute project delivery strategy across design, pre-construction, construction, and post-warranty phases
- Lead cross functional teams including CRB, sub-consultants, owners, and trade partners
- Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability through KPI management
- Manage client relationships, contracts, and negotiations; lead pursuit and RFP activities
- Coordinate with A/E and preconstruction to optimize constructability, logistics, and budgeting
- Oversee cost forecasting, procurement planning, and change management to prevent scope creep
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk register, and quality management plans
- Mentor and develop project managers; support talent acquisition and team performance
- Lead site safety activities and ensure adherence to policies and best practices
- Ensure seamless handover from pre-con to field and manage vendor/subcontractor relations
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC industry
- Industry certifications (PMP, AECPMA, DBIA)
- Proven senior project management success managing large or multiple projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Integrated project delivery understanding across design, procurement, CQV, and construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and scheduling tools
