Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, ATS data, Boolean search)
- Outreach to candidates via cold calls, text, email, and other media
- Nurture and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future needs
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
- Engage candidates with personalized outreach and relationship building to sustain interest
- Track sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes
- Drive innovative thinking via AI-based tooling to accelerate sourcing processes
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years' experience in recruiting, technical sourcing or talent acquisition, with emphasis on proactive candidate generation
- Expertise in sourcing technologies, boolean search, and candidate engagement
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS systems, social platforms)
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify talent in competitive markets
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
