Responsibilities- Draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents
- Interface directly with clients and counterparties
- Mentor and train junior associates in the group
- Think beyond the transaction to structure solutions and deliver precise work product
- Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and counterparties in an in office collaborative environment
- Support growth of the data center and hyperscaler leasing practice
- Contribute to development of the practice and respond to client outcomes
- Engage in cross office collaboration and contribute to firm culture
Key requirements- Four to six years of relevant transactional real estate experience
- Familiarity with AI tools (large language models, document automation, workflow orchestration) preferred
- Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents
- Strong business judgment and problem solving capabilities
