Overview In this mid-senior role, you will lead business process consulting and design, shaping process architecture to support client transformations. You will work within a consulting context to deliver end-to-end process improvements, while also overseeing TFS administration and project/talent management. Travel is expected as part of client engagements. This position offers impact across IT services and a chance to contribute to large-scale process enhancements.

Key requirements- At least 7 years of experience in IT
- At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education)
- Experience with project management
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
