Overview In this role you enable and optimize Workday operations for the People Operations team, delivering timely production support, configuration, and analytics. You will own an end-to-end KPI reporting process for executives, partner with stakeholders to scope needs, and drive data integrity and automation. Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 Workday production support including business processes, validations, and integrations
- Configure, test, and implement new Workday features in release tenants under guidance
- Write test scripts and participate across testing cycles for features and fixes
- Perform routine HR data audits and support data governance for People data
- Own monthly executive KPI reporting end-to-end, including data collection and delivery
- Build custom Workday reports and analyses, leveraging AI for faster insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope reporting needs and deliver ad hoc analytics
- Streamline reporting workflows with AI and automation to scale analytics capacity
- Backup coverage for core People Operations workflows during peak periods
- Monitor service desk usage and identify opportunities for automation with AI resources
Key requirements- 3+ years in People Operations, People Analytics, HRIS or similar
- Workday experience with exposure to at least one module; time tracking, absence, and benefits a plus
- Comfortable writing test scripts, building EIB files, and troubleshooting configurations
- Analytical mindset with attention to data integrity
