Overview As a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer for Anduril's software teams in the Air Dominance and Strike division, you will shape long-term talent strategy and recruit senior software engineers. You'll work with cross-functional partners to optimize hiring processes and build talent maps that anticipate market movements. Your role blends autonomy with strategic stakeholder alignment to deliver high-impact, complex hires in a fast-paced security-focused environment. Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted talent advisor on complex hiring projects across the division
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation
- Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and improve processes
- Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates
- Act as SME using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Build talent maps and monitor market intelligence to adapt strategies
- Represent Anduril's brand to internal and external audiences to sell value proposition
- Elevate recruitment best practices and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while improving process efficiency
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and drive data-driven narrative
- Leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strategic stakeholder alignment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence best practices
- Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and process innovation
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
