Overview As an Architect at HDR, you contribute to design and delivery of spaces that advance community well-being across healthcare, education, and mission-critical projects. You apply established architectural methods, tackle meaningful design challenges, and deliver revenue-producing projects with increasing responsibility. Responsibilities- Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques and criteria with minor adaptations
- Perform assignments with specific objectives and limited variable investigation
- Follow instructions on assignment objectives and possible solutions
- Perform architectural assignments with direction and limited design responsibility
- Recommend and select procedures
- Write reports and specifications covering architectural matters
- Take responsibility for phases of individual revenue-producing projects as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- Registered Architect
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
