Overview As an Architect BIM/CADD Designer, you will support digital delivery efforts across diverse architectural projects by developing and coordinating BIM and CADD drawings. You work with a multidisciplinary team to translate design intent into buildable construction documents and ensure code-compliant documentation. You'll contribute to projects spanning water, transportation, facilities, workplace, hospitality, higher education, and science sectors, helping to streamline design through construction. This role offers hands-on BIM coordination with meaningful impact on city and facilities projects, within Jacobs' collaborative culture.

Responsibilities- Plan, configure, and support BIM/CADD workflows for architectural projects
- Draft and manage BIM models and construction documents
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce coordinated drawings
- Incorporate building codes and standards into documentation
- Modify details to suit project conditions and design intent
- Manage Revit worksets, visibility, and parameters
- Translate sketches and redlines into accurate technical drawings
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD for building projects
- Architecture degree from an accredited program
- Experience developing and coordinating architectural construction documents
- Ability to translate sketches and directions into BIM models
- Ability to interpret specifications and incorporate material and performance requirements
- Experience modifying architectural details for different project conditions
- Knowledge of building codes and coordination with code consultants
- Experience managing Revit families, schedules, and project setup
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
