Industrial Engineer II

In this role you will optimize manufacturing flow and standard times by applying industrial engineering methods. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design layouts, streamline material and labor movement, and develop safe, efficient workflows for new and existing products. You will drive continuous improvement through bottleneck analyses and value stream mapping, contributing to sustainable, safe production practices. This position offers the chance to shape production efficiency in a global manufacturing environment.

• Line balancing and optimizing direct/indirect labor and material flow
• Conduct time studies and analyze in-plant and external material flow
• Recommend and help implement optimal station layouts
• Develop standard workflows for new and existing products with safety and efficiency in mind
• Design ergonomic solutions to support safety and operator comfort
• Plan for every part approach to new product launches
• Suggest improvements to operation sequences, equipment utilization, and related processes
• Conduct Bottleneck Analysis and Value Stream Mapping to support strategy deployment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, practices and procedures
• Knowledge of product launch management systems
• Strong team, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of NIOSH guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
