Overview

In this role you protect and enhance the community value while optimizing residents' experience. You lead and coordinate daily operations across safety, maintenance, marketing, and leasing to meet financial and operational targets. You work closely with on-site teams to deliver strong resident relations and efficient property management. You will shape living experiences and drive property performance at a strategic level. Responsibilities
  • Project a positive, client-focused attitude with stakeholders and residents
  • Drive improvements to meet annual financial and operational goals
  • Direct daily operations across loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep
  • Manage income generation through leasing strategies and cash flow management
  • Analyze monthly financial statements and manage variances and receivables
  • Maintain accurate community files and ensure lease data integrity in management software
  • Coordinate revenue collection and documentation in line with lease obligations
  • Oversee on-site maintenance, office staff, and leasing team; supervise vendors
  • Oversee resident relations, repair requests, rent charges, lease issues, and related concerns
  • Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor team participation
Key requirements
  • Four (4) years' experience in property management
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law, and resident relations
  • Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Google platform proficiency
  • Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts
  • Ability to identify deviations from plans and recommend actions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
