Responsibilities- Translate production, cost, reliability, and market drivers into insights for leaders
- Support high-impact reporting and forecasting cycles including monthly results analysis and variance explanations
- Collaborate across teams to improve data quality, align priorities, and influence cross-functional initiatives
- Modernize finance through tools like Copilot/AI, Fabric, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL to speed and clarify reporting
- Mentor teammates, document processes, and share knowledge to connect execution with business impact
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or business support with strong financial concepts
- Clear, accurate communication of financial and operational information
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and deliver timely work
