Overview In this role you will join the Quality Assurance leadership team to drive the AS9100 Quality Management System across multiple sites, ensuring reliability, safety, and quality of systems and processes. You will lead data-driven improvements from non-conformances, perform root-cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions. You'll prepare metrics for management reviews and coach cross-functional quality personnel to build a strong quality culture. This position offers impact across the organization as Redwire advances space exploration.

Responsibilities- Align quality management system and standards across all sites to foster a strong quality culture
- Collect, analyze and summarize data from non-conformance investigations with cross-team support
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic issues
- Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Prepare reports, metrics, and other documents for annual Management Reviews
- Provide functional leadership, coaching for quality personnel and cross-functional teams
- Plan, organize, and report supplier quality activities to fulfill contract/purchase order requirements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 8+ years in Aerospace/Space quality
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards and leading AS9100 certification
- Ability to travel up to 10% to other Redwire locations
- Experience in a functional leadership capacity and coaching teams
- Experience with supplier quality management and contract/purchase order compliance
- U.S. Citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance (as needed)
