Overview In this Territory Manager role, you will drive growth for feeder products in the Midwest from a home office. You'll develop strategic sales plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross functional teams to meet customer needs and profitability goals. You will work with foundries to boost yield, reduce scrap, and lower costs by recommending appropriate feeder solutions. This consultative position offers impact across automotive, construction, and heavy equipment customers, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and market expansion. You will shape the feeder business while traveling to support key accounts and partnerships.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for feeder products
- Forecast sales and set performance targets
- Monitor market conditions and coordinate with marketing/sales/management
- Analyze sales data to support direct sales and distributors
- Meet with key clients, negotiate and close deals
- Prepare periodic sales reports and identify base expansion opportunities
- Coordinate sales activities with direct representatives and distributors within the territory
- Manage sales budget and revenue/growth for the feeder market
- Act as liaison across business units to grow feeder and foundry business
- Execute additional duties as assigned by leadership
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years of industrial sales experience in foundry industry or foundry supply
- Experience with feeder products and technology preferred
- Understanding of molding/core making, gating systems, and risering fundamentals
- Experience with simulation software a plus
- Ability to pass driving record check and obtain U.S. passport
- Travel up to 75% and travel to Mexico requiring passport
- Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
