Responsibilities- Advise on complex and high-value construction disputes for developers, contractors, consultants, insurers, public sector bodies, and commercial clients
- Lead and develop the construction team, mentoring junior lawyers
- Manage and grow client relationships and contribute to business development
- Handle disputes across adjudications, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Shape strategy and contribute to the growth and expansion of the practice
- Promote strategic risk management and dispute avoidance for clients
- Support clients through all stages of large construction and infrastructure projects
Key requirements- Scottish-qualified Solicitor
