Overview In this Sr. Actuary role, you will contribute to the expansion of the actuarial department by delivering analyses that support pricing, reserving, and forecasting for profitability and growth. You will collaborate with executives, underwriters, and cross-functional teams to build internal tools and data-driven recommendations. The position focuses on Commercial Property and requires strong programming and FCAS credentials. You will shape pricing strategies and data-driven decisions to drive scale and efficiency.

Responsibilities- Analyze and price reserves for Commercial Property lines
- Monitor rate changes and monitor pricing actions
- Develop and maintain automation for actuarial/data tasks
- Share data insights with executives and staff underwriters
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build internal tools and products
- Respond to ad hoc requests from product line and leadership
- Perform other actuarial work as assigned
Key requirements- 7+ years of relevant actuarial experience in P&C
- FCAS designation
- Proven programming experience (Python preferred; also R, Java, C)
- Property & casualty experience required; excess & surplus lines a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
