Overview In this role you will craft brand-aligned creative for EntreLeadership to drive engagement across digital channels. You'll collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and video teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with business owners. You'll shape visual storytelling from paid media to landing pages, ensuring consistency with the EntreLeadership mission. This is a hands-on position at Ramsey Solutions, offering opportunities to influence marketing outcomes and brand experience.

Responsibilities- Design high-performing creative for digital channels (paid media, landing pages, email)
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and video teams to execute campaigns
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals via briefs and storytelling
- Maintain brand standards across campaigns and touchpoints
- Support a portfolio spanning business coaching, live events, and Ramsey Solutions teams
- Contribute to performance-driven design decisions using data and testing insights
Key requirements- 6+ years of design experience with a focus on digital marketing
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Experience designing paid ads, email, print, and landing pages
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns and marketing work
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and clear design communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-quality output
