Overview As a Project Manager at Jacobs you will lead utility-scale gas power generation and energy infrastructure projects from concept to execution. You'll work with clients to translate objectives into holistic delivery plans across planning, design, procurement, construction, and readiness. You'll manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resources while guiding multidisciplinary teams across geographies. You'll advise on technology selection, design optimization, and execution strategies to create lasting client value. This role offers growth as you help expand North American thermal power capabilities and shape energy infrastructure for the transition.

Responsibilities- Lead delivery of utility-scale gas power generation and energy infrastructure projects from concept through execution
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and provide strategic solutions
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resources across multi-geography teams
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on design optimization and execution strategies
- Support business development by building client relationships and pursuing opportunities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across planning, engineering, procurement, and construction
- Anticipate challenges and proactively manage risks; communicate with senior stakeholders
- Leverage digital capabilities and global delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Key requirements- 10+ years of design, consulting, operations, or project delivery experience in utility-scale gas power generation
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related scientific discipline
- Experience leading engineering and design project execution with strong PM fundamentals
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver value-driven solutions
- Experience in strategic planning, project development, feasibility assessments, and concept development
- Knowledge of design optimization programs and technical evaluation methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentations
