Senior Manager, Fund Accounting

In this Fund Accounting Manager role, you will own key fund accounting and financial reporting across multiple VC funds, ensuring accurate and timely records. You will work closely with leadership and the finance team to support the full fund lifecycle, including capital statements, investor reporting, and carried-interest calculations. The role involves hands-on analysis, quarterly and year-end closes, audits, and coordinating time-sensitive reporting with global teams. This is an opportunity to shape in-house fund accounting within a lean finance function and directly impact fund performance and compliance.

• Own fund accounting and financial reporting across multiple VC funds
• Prepare capital statements, capital activity, and investor reporting
• Perform waterfall and carried interest calculations
• Support quarterly and year-end closes, audits, and tax-related deliverables
• Partner with Controller, CFO, and Senior Accountant
• Ensure fund records and reporting are accurate and timely
• Coordinate ad hoc analysis and fund-related projects
• Coordinate time-sensitive reporting with international teams
