Overview In this role you support and maintain production equipment to maximize uptime and quality. You will handle electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and tooling repairs, prioritizing safety and efficiency. You'll perform PMs, lead CI and 5S efforts, and coordinate with production and maintenance teams. You will diagnose and fix electronic, servo, and automation components, while ensuring SAP and shift coverage requirements. This position offers hands-on impact in a global industrial setting.

Responsibilities- Maintain and repair production equipment across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and tooling domains
- Prioritize safety in all maintenance calls and conditions
- Perform regular preventive maintenance according to schedules
- Support continuous improvement, 5S, and improvement projects
- Report spare parts shortages to the maintenance planner
- Coordinate coverage for extended shifts and weekends
- Manage work within the department as directed by Production Supervisors
- Troubleshoot electronic problems in actuators, sensors, servo hydraulics/pneumatics, and related systems
- Operate diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) and PLC-related equipment
- Develop PLC program improvements with PLC technician support
- Maintain 5S standards and SAP work orders/PMs
Key requirements- Hands-on use of hand tools, measurement devices, and leveling tools
- Experience with servo hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic systems; electrical schematics
- Knowledge of electrical switch devices and PLC interfaces
- Post-high-school education in Industrial Mechanics or Electronics
- Understanding of AC/DC circuits, motor wiring, safety codes for machine wiring
- Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
- Familiarity with hydraulic pumps, valves, servo valves, and electro-pneumatics
