Overview In this role you support the firm's civil collection and litigation efforts by handling cases across an assigned territory. You work independently to negotiate resolutions, draft and file legal documents, and represent clients in hearings and trials. You collaborate with internal staff, opposing counsel, and courts to move cases toward timely resolutions. You maintain organized caseloads and travel as needed, ensuring high-quality client service and professionalism.

Responsibilities- Negotiate settlements and work toward resolution of active litigation matters
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients at hearings and trials throughout the assigned region
- Collaborate with internal staff, opposing counsel, and other parties to advance case resolutions
- Evaluate case details to determine effective settlement and litigation strategies
- Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and priorities across an active caseload
- Travel within the assigned territory for court appearances and manage travel expenses
Key requirements- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
- Familiarity with civil litigation, courtroom procedures, and applicable legal processes
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with ability to evaluate cases and pursue resolutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and case management abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional communication with clients, courts, counsel, and colleagues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn technology-based systems
