Risk Adjustment Compliance & Coding Auditor

In this role you will support coding functions across care settings to ensure alignment with national coding policies. You will assist with audit readiness, develop compliant documentation, and share findings with regional leadership to drive corrective actions. You partner with operational, clinical, and compliance teams to sustain regulatory adherence and quality improvements. Your work helps uphold Kaiser Permanente's code of conduct across all lines of care, enabling accurate reimbursement and compliant operations. This is a regulatory-focused role that combines policy knowledge with cross-functional collaboration to improve coding integrity.
