Overview In this role you design and develop employee learning programs aligned with organizational goals and training needs. You will assess development gaps and recommend new training methods. You collaborate with leaders to drive consistency and measure training outcomes, ensuring knowledge transfer to the job. You contribute to standardizing instructional materials and communication about learning initiatives, shaping how teams grow and perform. Responsibilities- Design, develop, implement, and maintain learning programs
- Track training outcomes and employee performance
- Conduct needs analyses and translate business requirements into training needs
- Define scope, audience, timing, delivery method, and resources for trainings
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process trends for consistency
- Ensure transfer of learned skills to the job
- Review and maintain trainings, SOPs, job aids, and resources
- Deliver learning communications such as newsletters and process updates
- Create development standards, processes, and templates for quality materials
- Participate in associate trainings as needed
Key requirements- 3 years of sales learning delivery and meeting facilitation experience
- 2+ years of selling experience
- Demonstrated success in content development and delivery across audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with adult learning theory methods (classroom, virtual, eLearning) and ADDIE process
