Responsibilities- Greet customers and identify vehicle maintenance needs
- Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates
- Provide timely, proactive communication to customers throughout service
- Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
- Utilize Fixed Operations Technology to streamline service processes
Key requirements- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Tech Savvy and able to learn and utilize technology
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to undergo a background check
