Overview In this role you guide real estate-focused partnership taxation to deliver client value. You'll review returns, identify issues, and communicate with clients and financial managers while mentoring Associates. You'll contribute to professional growth and oversee junior team members. The role sits within a collaborative, inclusive firm that invests in education, mentorship, and leadership development. You'll help shape how clients navigate complex tax concepts in real estate.

Responsibilities- Review and quality-check tax returns for real estate clients
- Identify client issues and provide clear recommendations
- Communicate proactively with clients and financial managers
- Supervise Associates and Senior Associates
- Contribute to professional development and mentoring of junior staff
- Research client issues and stay current on tax law changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tax solutions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or related field
- Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the IRS preferred (CPA or MST)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience including partnership tax
- Knowledge of Subchapter K and partnership allocations
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient use of MS Excel
