Overview In this role you will lead the HR function for Andersen's National Service Lines, partnering with service line leaders to shape culture and engagement across geographies. You will guide employee development, onboarding, and succession planning while coaching managers on performance and relations. You'll drive firm-wide HR initiatives, ensure policy consistency, and advise employees on benefits and governance. This is a strategic, impact-driven position in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on development and inclusion.

Responsibilities- Partner with service line leadership to shape employee development, exit, and succession planning
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and firm values
- Serve as an advisor to employees, providing counseling, feedback, and issue resolution
- Oversee onboarding and the new hire lifecycle
- Coach team members through performance management processes
- Conduct separation interviews and share results with leadership
- Lead or participate in firm-wide HR projects and initiatives
- Communicate with employees regarding benefits programs
- Maintain knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Oversee administration of employee files and HR data
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR
- 11+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Excellent process and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
