Subcontract Administration Stf - E4

In this role you will manage the buyer's desk to ensure on-time delivery of frozen composite raw materials supporting Rotary product centers. You will act as the main interface with internal customers and external suppliers, report performance to product center management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position involves subcontract work, bid and contract administration, and ensuring materials meet program milestones. The role offers exposure to ERP systems and a front-line impact on supply chain outcomes.

• Interface with internal customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Report status and metrics to product center management to meet milestones
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Supplier Quality and Engineering
• Develop subcontract specs, bid packages, and evaluate proposals
• Negotiate subcontract provisions and administer subcontracts
• Prepare awards and sign supplier agreements within authority
• Modify subcontracts as needed; contribute to subcontract policies and procedures

• Bachelor
• 5 years direct experience in Purchasing, Expediting or related Supply Chain
• SAP or similar ERP experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
