As a second-generation agent and longtime Fairfield resident, I take pride in building strong relationships and supporting the community we call home.
I earned my B.S. from Baruch College and pursued graduate studies at Marlboro College. Throughout my career, I've been recognized with honors such as Legion of Honor and Ambassador Travel, and I'm an active member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Colleen Tighe - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
  • Take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
