Overview As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will guide personal injury and general liability matters through the pre-litigation lifecycle, helping move cases toward resolution or litigation readiness. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure compliance with laws and firm standards, and you will direct high-volume pre-litigation caseloads. You will lead case strategy, client communication, and settlement activities, contributing to the firm's trial readiness and client outcomes. This role offers meaningful impact within a large personal injury practice and a pathway to trial team participation.

Responsibilities- Handle all pre-litigation work on assigned cases
- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval process
- Guide clients through the case process and milestones
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and formulate demand packages
- Manage release approval process
- Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury and general liability cases
- Drive compliance and KPIs across the team
- Coordinate EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
Key requirements- 1+ years of personal injury experience
- Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
