Overview

In this individual contributor HRBP Manager role, you will partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business goals, guiding transformation and growth. You'll lead talent and leadership development, and facilitate HR initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Excellence. You'll use analytics and strong communication to influence decisions in a global, matrixed environment, driving an inclusive, high-performing culture. This role offers impact across enterprise strategy, technology, and RMS teams.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Influence workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies for growth
  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development
  • Coach leaders on performance management, development, and effectiveness
  • Use workforce analytics and benchmarks to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive change management and communication strategies for initiatives and transitions
  • Collaborate with COEs to improve engagement, culture, and performance
  • Facilitate leadership assessment and development through feedback and development planning
  • Advise on team effectiveness and strategic talent decisions
  • Champion inclusive, high-performing workplace culture in DE&I initiatives
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience
  • Minimum 2 years working with senior/executive leaders
  • Minimum 2 years supporting a global population
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically and internationally)
  • Influencing without authority
  • Strong communication and facilitation
  • Collaboration across groups and levels
  • Workforce analytics and talent metrics
  • Talent management and succession planning
  • Leadership development programs
