Responsibilities- Drive portfolio performance to meet financial and operational goals through property inspections, data review, and action planning.
- Coordinate with Community Managers to ensure consistent performance across communities.
- Partner with regional support leaders to boost asset and team outcomes.
- Lead local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption across properties.
- Oversee budgets and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present reports on performance, finances, and market trends to owners and senior management.
- Maintain positive tenant relations and promptly address concerns.
- Implement tenant retention programs and targeted leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
- Oversee maintenance programs and regulatory compliance to protect asset value.
- Conduct site and safety inspections; communicate capital needs for upkeep.
- Implement preventative maintenance to extend asset life and manage risk.
- Monitor local, state, and federal regulations affecting management activities.
Key requirements- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred).
- 3 years minimum relevant experience in leadership roles with diverse properties.
- Proficiency with property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page).
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
