Overview As a Sr. Financial Analyst at Splice, you will drive decision-making through advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. You'll be a key partner to cross-functional teams, shaping budgeting, performance reviews, and cost/revenue optimization across the organization. You will deliver reports and dashboards that inform senior leaders and clients, ensuring accurate financial data and insightful recommendations. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain forecasting and strategic planning models
- Analyze financial performance with variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
- Support budgeting and forecasting across departments
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Partner with Corporate Accounting & Finance and Operations & Services to enable business initiatives
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on key business drivers and KPIs
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
- MBA preferred (3+ years experience with MBA)
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., Core) and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or willingness to develop it
