Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with operational objectives
- Advise on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives and support business transformation programs
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance environment to boost engagement and retention
- Identify workforce trends, risks, and talent gaps, offering practical solutions
- Coach leaders on performance management, development, succession, and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, and engagement solutions
- Lead workforce planning to align with future staffing needs
- Facilitate change initiatives, communication strategies, and change management plans
- Navigate complex employee relations matters with guidance on policy interpretation
- Develop and deliver presentations, trainings, and communications to stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with policies and employment laws
- Support enterprise HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Leverage HR metrics and data to inform decisions
- Build relationships across the organization to influence outcomes
- Support project management activities and track milestones
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Comply with security policies and perform additional duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in a strategic HRBP role within a matrixed organization
- Minimum 2 years supporting manufacturing operations
- Experience managing employee relations and policy application
- Experience supporting multiple locations and/or business units; partnering with senior leadership
- Proven experience leading organizational change and workforce initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with business objectives
- Excellent relationship-building, coaching, influencing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR practices; proficient with Microsoft Office
