Overview As Supervisor Accounts Payable Payments and Card Programs, you enable efficient, compliant AP and payments for the North American business. You lead a team of AP specialists, ensuring timely payment processing, card program administration, and issue resolution with banks and internal stakeholders. You drive process improvements, maintain controls, and coach the team to deliver superior service. This role sits in Finance, partnering with multiple functions to support growth and operational excellence. You will shape payment operations at scale and contribute to a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities- Oversee supplier payment processing and reconciliations to ensure timely resolution of open items
- Supervise daily payment file processing (ACH/wire), manage returns, and coordinate with banking partners
- Serve as primary contact for payment-related matters with financial institutions
- Lead vendor and internal customer support workflows, ensuring timely inquiries resolution
- Administer Corporate Travel and Purchasing Card programs and audit expenses for policy compliance
- Manage escalations, investigate exceptions, and report non-compliant transactions
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; manage timekeeping and attendance for direct reports
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions in coordination with HR
- Leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy; identify opportunity for process improvements
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable
Key requirements- Working knowledge of SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
