Responsibilities- Own end-to-end renewal forecasting and model validation for churn and retention
- Perform retention trend analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and provide proactive recommendations
- Reconcile retention data, manage data adjustments, and ensure reporting accuracy
Key requirements- Bachelor in Finance, Business, or Economics; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of FP&A or similar in SaaS/subscription models (SaaS KPIs/metrics)
- Expert-level financial modeling and data manipulation
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity, high workload, and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication of complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
