Overview In this role you lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations for clients, shaping cloud strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will drive cross functional collaboration, manage delivery workstreams, and transform client processes to maximize efficiency and controls. The position offers impact across client organizations and opportunities to mentor juniors while shaping Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
- Facilitate current-state and future-state process design to improve efficiency, controls and decision-making
- Manage project teams, provide direction, oversight and quality review of deliverables
- Support business development including pursuits, scope definition, and pricing discussions
- Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing and retention efforts
Key requirements- 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
- 7+ years' experience with Oracle Financials modules or related ERP work
- Experience defining systems strategy, capturing requirements, leading fit-gap analyses, design, testing, and user training
- Ability to travel 50%
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience managing projects or workstreams to deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives
