Overview

In this Manager Talent Acquisition role, you will lead recruiting across the U.S. and Canada for Körber's Supply Chain area, focusing on engineering, automation, software, and operations. You'll partner with senior leaders, drive a regional TA strategy, and build a high-performing, metrics-driven team. You'll shape the candidate journey and employer brand while delivering first-rate hiring outcomes in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a distributed NA recruiting team
  • Drive accountability for hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
  • Institute a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and reviews
  • Own regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with Supply Chain growth
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles
  • Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance, candidate drop-off, diversity hiring
  • Advise senior leaders and hiring managers on labor market trends and compensation
  • Drive data-driven hiring decisions and interview practices
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner team
  • Support strengthening Körber's employer brand in NA, especially in supply chain tech and automation
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with NA market expertise
  • Proven leadership of recruiting teams in U.S. and/or Canada (hybrid/remote)
  • Strong record hiring engineering, software, and industrial/supply chain talent in a B2B environment
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization, ideally with a European company
  • Deep understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor markets and recruiting practices
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across all levels
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
