Overview

In this Audit Director role, you will shape Fidelity's audit methodology, quality framework, and governance practices through strategic leadership of key workstreams. You will drive data driven reporting for the Audit Committee, Board, and executive leadership, and oversee the QAIP program to ensure continuous improvement. You will advance methodology with regulatory expectations and risk management developments while partnering across Fidelity to align audit practices with enterprise priorities. This position offers the chance to influence senior decision making, lead cross functional initiatives, and enhance the organization's audit capabilities. You will work closely with senior leaders,$

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior audit executives to develop strategic, data driven reporting for the Audit Committee, Board, and executive leadership
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert for complex audit methodology and professional practices inquiries
  • Lead the advancement of FCA's audit methodology, incorporating regulatory expectations and leading practices
  • Oversee the QAIP program end to end, including root cause analysis, trend identification, corrective action oversight, and integration into guidance and training
  • Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, automation, and technology enabled solutions to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency
  • Provide senior level support to audit teams, shaping standards and guidance to reduce recurring inquiries
  • Build strong partnerships across Fidelity to align audit practices with enterprise risk management strategies, regulatory expectations, and business priorities
  • Lead strategic and cross functional initiatives that support innovation, regulatory change, workforce enablement, and FCA operating model enhancements
