Responsibilities- Lead all restaurant operations including service, staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, guest relations, and overall financial performance
- Set and uphold high standards of service and operational excellence
- Strategize to achieve financial objectives such as revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
- Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent and foster accountability
- Maintain a strong restaurant floor presence, engaging with guests and team members
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and beverage team to ensure cohesive food and beverage experiences
- Oversee beverage operations, inventory, controls, and cost management
- Monitor guest feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, liquor, and company standards
- Own the restaurant's execution for dinner services, events, and programming
- Analyze performance and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges
- Represent the restaurant and resort professionally within the industry
Key requirements- Minimum of five years of progressive leadership in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Proven success leading F&B operations and guest service
- Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor, and costs
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, mixology, trends, and high-end service standards
- Understanding of health, safety, labor, and alcohol regulations
- Proficiency with restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
