Senior Technical Accountant

• Partner with accounting leadership on high-impact accounting and finance initiatives
• Support technical accounting, financial reporting, audit, and broader financial-readiness efforts
• Clarify complex accounting matters and explain financial activity to stakeholders
• Contribute to projects to strengthen processes and improve financial visibility
• Own accounting questions and projects requiring research and critical thinking
• Gain exposure beyond the traditional close cycle to deepen business understanding

• Approximately 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience; 3-4 years ideal
• Public accounting experience preferred, Big 4 or similar
• Strong technical accounting foundation and GAAP understanding
• Actively progressing toward CPA completion
• Analytical, curious, and adept at digging into numbers for big-picture insight
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to research and resolve accounting questions
• Comfort with operating in an evolving environment with broader responsibilities
